Innovapptive Mobile Substitution manager provides a customer the ability to quickly delegate their SAP workflow/work item (T-Code: SBWP) inbox for a specific future timeframe to another manager.
The Customer employee managers can delegate their Inbox leveraging substitutes that they have used in the past or search their SAP employee and create a completely new substitutes with a future timeframe. Upon completion of the substitution, the mobile application sends out an email notification to the delegated employee with the details of the substitution.
